Research: A laugh a day keeps the doctor away!

Researchers at a California University have discovered that laughing is like ‘internal jogging’ and has a positive effect on our body similar to moderate exercise.

The study conducted required volunteers to watch 20 minutes of comedies / stand-up jokes and found after their session a dramatic drop in stress hormones, blood pressure and cholesterol resulted.  This laughter session also stimulated appetite and improved the outcome buy pills online without prescription of patients suffering from Diabetes and Heart Disease.

In previous studies, the researcher also found that regular laughter can increase the number of tumor fighting natural killer cells important for cancer patients and generally boosts immunity.
