How much chicken is really in this?
Take a look at this short video from Jamie Oliver on how Chicken Nuggets are made. The unhealthy cuts of chicken that are used, the filling and bulking agents, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives that make up the recipe are eye opening. And to think this is a favourite meal for children! What else are we feeding ourselves that we really don’t have any clue of the ingredients, how it’s made or how unhealthy it is for us.
