Nutrition Info: Calories in Curry Udon

Udon is type of thick, white, wheat-flour noodle from Japan. Curry udon is a curry flavoured broth or soup with udon noodles! It can be simple as just mentioned or be served as a thicker and richer curry sauce with beef, carrots and potatoes.
Nutrition information for Curry Udon: 1 bowl (200g)

Always remember that the correct portion of carbohydrates is the size of a closed fist. If you only eat this small portion it is a reasonably controlled calorie allowance and also the fat level is within the recommended amount. If you ate this during the day, make sure that you other meals only have ½ portion of carbohydrates to keep you daily intake balanced.
The lower calories portion would be the simple, light curry broth rather than thicker, richer option. Overall, this is an ok option to eat and manage your weight and health with.
Finally, remember to always follow my additional recommendations every time you eat: Eat slowly, put your utensils down between bites and always stop when you feel 80% full because it’s better to waste it than to ‘waist’ it. Enjoy!
