Easy protein snack bars

Posted on | December 4, 2009 | 2 Comments

IMGP1315I am loving the slim secrets protein bars lately…

Such a quick & easy thing to carry with you so if you’re out you don’t have to buy an unhealthy snack if you start to feel a little hungry.

Only 120 – 145 calories.

12 - 13 g of Protein, 7 – 10g Carbs & Less than 4g Fat

They taste delicious… the berry one  is my favourite, it’s also coated in white chocolate that makes it soooooo good.

I buy mine at The Xndo Centre (Centrepoint) and get 18% discount off because I’m a member.

I love these too! And how great is it that a chocolate-coated bar is actually a healthy snack???? I’ve always got one with me – if I’m out longer than I planned and get hungry, it’s too easy in Singapore to be tempted by unhealthy and full-of-fat curry puffs, muffins, donuts, ice-cream sandwiches…… If I have a bar with me, I’m satisfying my hunger and sweet tooth :-)
