Calories in Marigold Non-Fat Yoghurt
- Portion: 1 x 125g tub
- Energy: 103 calories
- Protein: 5.4 g
- Carbs: 19.6 g
- Fat: 0.3 g
Ingredients: Milk solids (where the protein and fat comes from), strawberry, raspberry, inulin (fibre), sucrose (sugar = carbs), calcium, stabilizers and live cultures.
In all honestly, there is not too much bad going on with this brand of yoghurt. The fact that it is naturally sweetened with the berries and sucrose is quite good and of course the fat content is low and the calories per serve remain at a decent amount for a serve of dairy.
Of course all the brands will vary with nutrition content due to ingredients and portions. Also please be aware that often ‘sugar free’ options will use an artificial sweetener such as aspartame (951) or acesulfame-K (950) which are harmful to your health and you should avoid.
This gets the Health Guru tick of approval for the Non-Fat Marigold yoghurt – I would definitely eat it. Enjoy!
