Beancurd is made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. Therefore, the ingredients are quite simple. Knowing that, I’ve taken an estimate on the calories in beancurd.
Remember – if the beancurd manufacturer / cook sweetens with sugar or adds other food items that contain alot of calories (ie. almonds / other nuts) then this estimate of calories will increase. So always remember to factor in the plus/minus effect. Enjoy!
