An awesome personal trainer – Pauline

Posted on | December 9, 2011 | No Comments

Following on from my previous blog entry about bad trainers, I wanted to install a bit of faith in health & fitness professionals out there and provide a profile for a really great trainer in Singapore, Pauline Yong.  She’s a personal friend of mine, a fellow paddling team mate and someone that I look to for inspiration in my own personal health & fitness goals. I’ve never met anyone as dedicated as Pauline and I know that if you’re searching for a trainer that will whip you into shape… she’s the person for you.   She practices what she preaches, she looks great, she wants the best for her clients, she conducts unique training sessions and I guarantee she won’t stand there and count to 10 while you’re doing push-ups… my guess is that she’ll probably be doing them with you! So if you are interested, here’s a little more about Pauline:

“My love for health and fitness started at a very young age. I studied ballet for 8 years before moving on to martial arts, basketball and track and field. Upon moving to Singapore, I’ve been an active dragonboater for 11 years, particpated in a few adventure races before discovering CrossFit and Functional training.

I decided that a change was necessary and the natural progression was to the Health and Fitness Industry. I am currently a Personal Trainer and it gives me great satisfaction in helping people to achieve their personal goals to become fitter, stronger and looking good!”
